In January 2020, Remote Online Notarization (RON) became legal in Florida. This allows a notary public to witness signatures using approved web portals and a webcam, instead of the traditional in person notarization. All of our signing agents have fulfilled the requirements to become approved RON notaries. We have partnered with Nexsys, a third party technology platform, enabling us to perform RON closings for our clients. RON is secure, convenient, and the future of the real estate industry.

All American Title is licensed to conduct closings for the entire state of Florida. If you are buying or selling a property in Orlando, Miami, or another area not close to our offices, you can still work with your favorite title company!
