SUPER TITLE COMPANY!!! I had a closing there with a small issue that came up last minute (nothing to do with the title company). The closing agent grabbed an attorney in the same plaza, which they have a good relationship with, and he came running over to help resolve the situation.

Highly recommend! Closing was smooth and actually early because of holidays, instead of waiting until afterwards which worked best for both seller and buyer. Even with a delay in HOA approval, they got it closed as promised. Great experience which is hard to find in these difficult times. Reasonable closing fees as well.
