In January 2020, Remote Online Notarization (RON) became legal in Florida! This allows a notary public to witness signatures using approved web portals and a webcam, instead of the traditional in person notarization. All our signing agents have fulfilled the requirements to become approved RON notaries. We have the best industry technology enabling us to perform RON closings for our clients.

Wow. As a real estate agent I deal with title companies of all levels. This one is top tier. Shayla was quick to respond and be helpful every step of the way. Jean was a great closer and so, so warm and welcoming into the office. And not that the office space dictates the experience- it sure added to the experience. The space is so thoughtfully set up, even including spare readers in case the client forgets their theirs! Highly recommend!
