Susan Luther
Founder
Sue is the founder of All American Title, which she started in March of 1995, and has worked in the title industry since 1977. Sue is an expert in commercial transactions, handling the closings of many developments with high liability, some over $50,000,000! Sue is actively involved in the community, she serves on the Board of Directors for Hillsborough County Veterans Helping Veterans. She is proud in knowing that All American Title has helped thousands of families achieve the All-American dream of home ownership! Sue loves the water, so most of her weekends are spent on the boat, by the pool, or at the beach with her dog, her husband, and her grandkids. She loves traveling across the world, visiting many places including Africa, the Middle East, and hopes to see South America and Asia!

Rebecca Gullick
Company President, Licensed Title Agent & Certified Land Closer
Rebecca has been a member of the All American Title family since 2003. She graduated from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) with a bachelor’s degree in business economics. Rebecca has worked her way through the company, holding many positions from receptionist, processing, accounting, and post-closing to a licensed title agent. Rebecca is a Certified Land Closer, a designation less than 500 title professionals in Florida have earned since its creation in the 1980’s. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter. Her family recently purchased a five-acre property and is currently adding lots of new plants and animals to their hobby farm. Rebecca is excited to learn all about the new aspects of farm life!

Michael May
Director of Business Development
Michael is our newest member of the team. He’ll be heading up our marketing department as our Director of Business Development. Michael is a U.S. Army veteran who served with the 10th Mountain Division. After his military service, Michael graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. He’s worked in sales and marketing for 7 years since graduating. Michael is an avid sailor who races out of the Tampa Sailing Squadron and the Davis Island Yacht Club. Michael volunteers to help local youth sailing programs and is also the founder and director of a 501c3 veteran charity called Troops In Contact.

Shayla Payson
Office Manager & Licensed Title Agent
Shayla joined All American Title in 2017. Shayla has worked her way through the company and is now the Office Manager and a Licensed Title Agent. Shayla is a great team player, loves to help our customers have a successful closing, always goes the extra mile to help others! Shayla is a native, born and raised in Plant City, home of the Florida Strawberry Festival. In her spare time, she is spending time with her dog Sadie or traveling.

Jean Garcia
Licensed Title Agent
Jean has been with All American Title since May of 2020. Starting as a processor, she moved between many positions and is a jack of all trades! She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona. Jean was born in Puerto Rico and speaks Spanish fluently. She loves to spend time with her daughters and husband. Jean loves to travel and visit home whenever possible. The next locations she wishes to visit are Japan and Switzerland.
